Founded in 19198 by Mr Louis Martin, our cannery is located in Monteux, in the very heart of Provence, South East of France. Tomato has ever been a central activity for the company, which were originally based in Monteux village.
Under Mr Roger Soulager management, son in law of Mr Louis Martin, the factory moved to Monteux outskirts in 1976, on a seven hectares field, to support the company growth. Since 1998, Mr Claude Soulager, grandson of Mr Louis Martin and current CEO has extended the range with delicious, original and quality products
The seasonal activity of fresh tomato transformation, harvested by our grower partners, makes us able to control the quality of the raw materials, for them to be perfectly adapted to manufacture second transformation products such as sauces, ketchups or cooked vegetables.
Thanks to a continuous and substantial investment policy, our company is equipped with advanced technology, in accordance with IFS and BRC certifications high expectations levels. Our Research and Development lab is fully integrated, able to create innovative and tasty new recipes on a regular basis. To answer nowadays intense needs of “just in time”, the company has also been equipped with high end packing, logistic and storage units.
By these assets, coupled with our innovation capacity and century industrial experience, Louis Martin is now considered as a reliable and well-known actor from Retail customers and Food Service professionals.
